A fun 1988 radio special hosted by Zacherle on WCBS FM 101 in New York. Expect some imperfections in this....after all, I recorded it 19 years ago....and there's only one song missing (MIchael Jackson's "Thriller", but you'll still hear Zacherle's introduction to the tune) because I got to a point during the recording when I needed to change tapes, and at the time since I had Thriller on CD, I decided to cut away at that point. It was more important to me to get everything else and all the Zacherle stuff. I broke this down pretty much according to the show segments or where it seemed there was a good point to make a split in the files (most of the segments are between 13 and 15 minutes long, give or take). There's no breaks between each tune or show segment, so it gives more of the feel of listening to the show as it aired (commercials have been edited out years ago). There's two downloads, one for each half of the show/disc...Part 1 is 73:39, and Part 2 is 73:30. Total time is 2 hours and 27 minutes. I suggest burning in a program which won't leave breaks between the files, or disabling such a function if the option to do so exists in the program you use. This will allow the discs to be listened to without pauses or interruptions between the segments/files, but there will still be track indexes between each one. Cassette tape rip at 320k.
